Phase 1 – Qualification Criteria (Open for All ABEs)
Maintain mandatory field coverage with consistent call averages for listed Enroute doctors
Demonstrate effective scientific communication and knowledge-sharing with doctors
Execute strong product detailing and Leave-Behind Literature (LBL) utilization
Actively participate in marketing and scientific activities for Enroute
Show proactive involvement in Enroute POB (Prescription Obligation) drives
Phase 2 – Membership Criteria
Achieve a minimum of 35 boxes per month or an average of 35 boxes over the last 3 months
Pass an online Enroute Scientific Knowledge Test evaluated by VP Sir
Ensure proper collection without relying on special rates
Consistently meet all performance and knowledge requirements
