These terms explain the rules for using PPTAI.pro and the responsibilities that come with creating AI-generated presentation content.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using PPTAI.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

The service
PPTAI.pro helps users create presentation drafts from prompts, slide counts, and related preferences. The service may generate text, layouts, image suggestions, and downloadable presentation files using automated systems and third-party infrastructure.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any presentation before relying on it or sharing it with others.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of prompts, source material, and other content you submit. You grant PPTAI.pro the limited rights needed to process that content, generate presentations, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and generated decks do not violate laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or confidentiality obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, trade secrets, or content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer non-public parts of the product, scrape the service at scale, or use the service to distribute malware, spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content.
You may not use PPTAI.pro to create deceptive, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful materials. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk.
Third-party services and assets
The product may rely on third-party AI providers, hosting services, analytics tools, image sources, and file-generation libraries. These services may change, become unavailable, or apply their own terms and usage restrictions.
Generated presentations may include suggested imagery or assets from third-party sources. You are responsible for confirming that any image, brand element, claim, or external material is appropriate for your intended use and complies with applicable licenses.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PPTAI.pro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated content will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPTAI.pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limitations.
